VINTAGE Metal Hairpins Retro Bobby Hair Pins Crimped Wavy Straight Plastic Tips
Unique hard to find Retro Hairpins Crimped Plastic Tipped New
New old style hairpins...............New England estate find............vintage hair pins.........never used.......not in original packaging.  Bronze ones have plastic tips; the black ones have no protective tips.  Please see my pictures, use the zoom feature, for a visual description of the items you are considering purchasing
The hair pin
is like a big, elongated “V” (with a rounded bend, though). They're generally 2–3″ long, but just ¼″ across at the base, and maybe ½” apart at the tips.  My hairpins have plastic at the tips to protect the scalp.
Some black color and some bronze color; the bronze ones have the plastic tips.....the black ones have no plastic tips.
Have to guess at the number of pins.
Probably about 50 black ones and probably about 150 bronze ones
The bobby pin is two lines of metal with a bend at the end.  One line is straight and the other crimped to hold the hair in place. Plastic tipped to protect the scalp.  Silver, brown, black, bronze....some on original cardboard and some loose.  Again maybe 50, maybe 100....hard to tell without counting.
