    Gorgeous! Dramatic! Huge!
    Hard plastic, possibly celluloid??
    Carved. Openwork cutout shape of a fan with two amazing bluebirds blue birds parrots.
    Covered with little bright blue rhinestones!
    Unmarked, no maker mark.
    Approx 8" x 7-1/2".
    Displays great but has a few condition issues:
    SOLD AS IS -- has a break at top left; missing 3 stones (1 in left bird neck, the other two above that bird); and rough areas at the bottom of the fan on each side of the comb.
    Looks so much better than it sounds! You'll love it!
