You are bidding on a vintage, one half pint, embossed lettering, Garrett & Company American Wines bottle. Locations in St. Louis, Missouri and Norfolk, Virginia. Established in 1835. Nice heraldic emblem (registered trademark) of an eagle clutching a shield. Measures 9-1/2 inches in height. Clear glass (slight tinge of color) with some internal cloudiness/haziness. Several very small fisheyes and fractures; no chips. Primitive construction with air bubbles and irregularities in the glass. Concaved bottom with embossed letters O.D. Nice variation of Garrett & Company bottles.
