Vintage BLACK Hand-Painted Artist Signed ORANGE FLORAL BARRETTE ~Made in Russia

Description

Vintage Hand-Painted Hair Barrette ~ Made in Russia and signed on the back by the artist.    This is made of wood and is in nice condition,  but does have a couple of flaws.    This has a coat of clear, shiny lacquer that was applied on top of the painted surface.   There is a bubble in the lacquer and then a small rough area near the bubble.....see last photo.
