    Description

    This is a Rare Victorian Loetz Green Shaded Satin & Enameled Art Glass Large Jardenierre Planter or Huge Vase.  It measures 12" across, and 8 1/4" high, and 8 1/8" across rim, and dates to the 1880s-90's.  This is a huge piece, and weighs almost 8 pounds.  An early piece of victorian era Loetz art glass. It is not signed, but I do not think any were at that point of time.   It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, but there are some scratches and some staining at the bottom on the interior, you do not notice it unless looked for, this is a very impressive piece.   There are enameled leaves and flowers all around the piece and gilding to the rim.
