This unit sells new for ,000 and this one has a new gas valve, very good heat exchangers, and is guaranteed to cycle and work properly when it leaves my shop.
This is a nice Sterling unit heater for greenhouse or industrial use.  It was removed from my now-decomissioned greenhouse where it easily heated a 24' x 84' poly-covered greenhouse in Minnesota during February or March through springs.
This is a BIG heater - 300,000 BTU. It is on a pallet.  It will take a pickup truck to haul it.
It was used in a greenhouse during spring seasons only, so while it has some years on it, it actually doesn't have that many hours of real use.
The tubular heat exchanger tubes look to be in excellent condition with no rust or visible leaks; no dents.
This has been completely gone over and did need a new gas valve, so it has a brand new Honeywell valve; the current model replacement for the original valve.
The unit is on a pallet in my shop and will be hooked up and tested before the buyer accepts it. Guaranteed to start, run, and cycle properly when it leaves my shop. After that, it's as is.
Includes one piece of vent pipe with cap.
This unit is also listed locally on a seller site, so it may sell there and will be removed from ebay.
