    Large Japanese Kyogen Oni buaku Noh Mask, gold, black pigments on gesso over carved wood. Grimacing man or demon with large forehead, biting lip. Reverse is lined in cheesecloth / fabric, calligraphy label. 5Lbs. 19th Century.

    Condition:
    Good condition, age and use appropriate wear. Wear to paint, hairlines, some areas of flaking. Scattered chips, nicks.
