A large backlit display, productivity applications, and programmable keys in an enterprise-ready IP phone solution.
The Mitel® 5340e IP Phone is a full-feature, applications telephone that features a large graphics display, embedded gigabit support, and 48 self-labeling keys that can be programmed as speed dial keys, line keys, or feature access keys. Thirteen fixed-function keys provide convenient one-touch access to commonly used telephony features, navigation keys and menus, as well as customizable user settings. The 5340e IP Phone also has six contextual softkeys to help users easily navigate through telephony functions.

What is the '90 Day Advance Replacement Service'?
If there are any problems with your
products in the first 90 days, we'll ship you a replacement item along with a prepaid call tag to ship the original product back.  The original product must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the value of the replacement item. You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify for this service.
Can I return my product?
For your convenience, we offer returns on both new and like new products   All returns must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice.  A 20% restocking fee is charged on all product returns. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.  Incomplete or defective returns will be refused. Items returned without a RA number will be refused. Do you offer repair services?
We provide our own in-house repair with full time technicians.  We repair and remanufacture many different products.  Our certified technicians have over 20 years of experience and provide flat rate repairs.  One repair.  One charge.  If we can't fix it, then you don't pay.
When will I receive my order?
