French West Africa C15 UPU 75th Anniversary, Imperforate, Trial Color Proof, Very lightly hinged, light pencil initials on L R corner of gum side - likely a control/production supervisor/inspector.  Having collected this area for over forty years this is a dup of one of the three color proofs that I've found.
