San Gabriel Valley Council (SGVC) merged with Los Angeles Area Council (LAAC) and they are now Greater Los Angeles Area Council, California (GLAAC).  Previously, 2006,  part of Old Baldy Council (OBC) had merged into SGVC and other parts into California Inland Empire Council (CIEC).
