1976 SPRING CAMPOREE - FLICKERTAIL DISTRICT.
The Flickertail District covers Eddy, Foster, Griggs, Steele, Barnes, Stutsman, LaMoure, Ransom, Dickey, & Sargent Counties,  North Dakota.
The Flickertail District is in the Northern Lights Council
Patch measures 3 7/8 inches by 4 1/4 inches.  It does not look like it was sewn to a shirt or jacket but is a little limp from handling or storage.
