Antique Japanese Menburyu Demon Mask

I bought this fine , old menburyu demon mask in 1995 at the highly regarded Morita Antiques and Folk Art shop in Aoyama , Tokyo . Mr Morita told me that it had been made in Kyushu and used in sacred ceremonies that promoted a good rice harvest .He said that it was probably over 100 years old .
There is writing on the inside but my Japanese friends can only read part of it " Last October something , something  I came on the road to the temple " and the name of the owner : Yamazaki .
It has a few mice nibbles to one of the horns and one of the fangs and also to a small area of the forehead . Overall it's in really good condition.  It measures 10 inches tall by 5 inches wide .
The mask has been very delicately and artistically carved by a master craftsman . You won't find another mask of this quality for the price I'm asking . Feel free to ask me any questions about this mask . The stand is not included .
