    Description

    Item; This mask appears to be an antique reproduction of a Japanese Noh Theater mask.
    Also referred to as a kotokaratu heishitori mask.
    Circa, 19th century? (My guess, after extensive research)
    Dimensions; approximately 11" long
    and 7 1/2" wide @ the inseam.
    It looks to be made from porcelain. Approximate weight is 3 to 5 lbs.
    It shows plenty of wear.  A few chips, scratches and paint residue.  The ears may have been recently touched up.
