Antique Hair Comb-Tortoise/brown with stone/gem embellishments

Antique Hair Comb-Tortoise with stone/gem embellishments. Tortoise/brown women's hair comb. measures 5 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. there are gems/stones in black and a beautiful blue/green. it is not known if these are precious gems or not. there are missing gems (2 black and 2 blue). the comb needs cleaned but we did not want to risk damage. it is a nice piece.
