What is Bi-Amping crossover?
Bi-amplification, or bi-amping, is a technique which uses separate amplifier input for the low frequencies (woofer) and a second input for middle (midrange) and high frequencies (tweeter) to obtain extra output power and more sophisticated adjustment options between components. At the same time you maintain option to
short-circuit both inputs and
use it as a single-amplification.
AN OPTIMISED CROSSOVER
The components used for the new K2 Power crossovers were selected specifically and optimised in order to improve control over the effects of heat dissipation. These components, which are fundamental to managing the various channels and for the soundstage, are now even more reliable.
