    Description

    This is the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 1995. The artwork shows House Speaker Newt Gingrich holding a pie marked "Tax Cuts" with clowns around him. The next panel shows that the pie was put into the face of the Middle Class with a pie chart showing that the majority of the tax cuts were to go to the upper class, the wealthy and the ultra-wealthy. The artwork measures approx. 11-5/8" x 14-1/2". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - there are a few small marks/smudges/ light dirt on the art - there is a small bend/crease (1/2") in the upper right hand corner - there is a smaller dent in the upper left hand corner - there are editor notes written along the left edge.
