    Del-Mar-Va Council
    #081, currently headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, has issued a
    winter camper patch
    each year since 1970.
    This is the second one: BALD EAGLE!
    but it is used! Just "limp." No sewing marks visible.
    These patches feature an indigenous mammal one year and a bird the next year. The patches are often referred to by the name of the animal:
    e.g.
    eagle, fox, cardinal,
    etc.
    These have become great collectibles. I've listed all of the early ones.
    This is the very tough to find second one.
