A nice 1947 dated empty French champagne bottle with original labels, cork & wire. Although the bottle has never been opened, the contents evaporated out through the cork I guess?....no embossing in the glass. Main label reads CHAMPAGNE PRODUCED AND BOTTLED BY EUGENE CLIQUOT  Maison fondee en 1894 Marne & Champagne  Epernay France  1947 Extra Quality Brut   Contents 1 Pt 10 Fl.Oz.  Imported by Star Liquor Dealers Inc. Bottle is 12"tall....olive green....Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Still has original cork stopper sealed with wires wrapped around neck. ....
