The pattern is Mount Vernon (Mt. Vernon)
White base with blue and gold garland and pink roses inside or center.
Each of the 13 tea cup and saucer sets measure as follows:
The saucer measures 5-3/4" in diameter.
The tea cup measures 2-1/4" tall and 3-1/2" diameter at the rim.

Previously owned
The pieces are in very good condition.
No nicks or chips.
There is a little bit of gold loss.
